Reviews and Ratings
My stay was a mix of positive and negative experiences. The rooms had a vintage 60's chic vibe, great water pressure in the shower, and nice towels, but there was a fist-shaped hole in the bathroom door and a missing phone. The service, while not overly friendly, was informative and helpful. The location, though making me feel safe and cool, was a bit unsettling with a car repair shop across the street and a wig shop next door. The dining options featured typical Corsican products. Overall, the facilities were decent.
The hotel was in an off location with a fist-shaped hole in the bathroom door and a missing phone but could have done with a TV. The service was very friendly and informative about local places. The location was shady and not ideal for people without a car but open to the public. The dining offered thin crispy fries. The facilities were lacking.
The hotel is in an off location but served our needs well with its basic yet clean and pleasantly scented rooms. The service was exceptional, going above and beyond to welcome us with a bottle of champagne and provide detailed local recommendations. However, the shady neighborhood could be off-putting to out-of-town visitors, with a car repair shop and wig store nearby.
The hotel has a convenient location, making it easy to catch an Uber into the center of New Orleans, but some noise from the surroundings could be bothersome. The service overall was very friendly, although the staff were not overly friendly to us. It's a great spot for out-of-town visitors seeking easy access but may not be ideal for those sensitive to noise.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location was convenient for catching an Uber into the center of New Orleans, but the surroundings weren't ideal with a car repair shop across the street and a wig shop next door. The service was friendly and informative about local places to visit, but it seemed that pool party attendees were more prioritized over hotel guests. The rooms were not soundproof and had a fist-shaped hole in the bathroom door; although a missing phone for necessary communication wasn't ideal, they were still somewhat comfortable. The dining experience was lacking, and the atmosphere was not very welcoming. Overall, the value for money was questionable.
